HealthCare Implement a Gender Specific Pocket EKG Program
According
to Shelley Neal, CEO and President of Jewish Hospital Medical
Center East, Jewish Hospital and St. Mary’s HealthCare
implemented the Gender-Specific Pocket EKG and Cardiac Assessment
Program as a way to create multiple “front
doors” into the organization and this program serves as
an intricate part of their overall cardiac strategy.

part of Jewish Hospital and St. Mary’s HealthCare in
Louisville, Kentucky, and was designed with the vision for

in the elite percentage of organ transplant centers in the
nation and one of a hand full of hospitals performing all five
solid organ transplants. The world’s first and
second successful human hand transplants were performed at
Jewish Hospital.
